The Launch Team is for those ready to pray, serve, sacrifice, and build.
Launch Team members help with:
Setup and logistics
Hospitality

Worship support

MEN’S MINISTRY
Raising Men Who Lead, Serve, and Stand
Men at Outpost Church are called to lead themselves, their families, and the church with humility and strength.
Men’s discipleship focuses on:
Biblical masculinity
Spiritual discipline and accountability
Leadership in the home and church
Repentance, holiness, and obedience
Men meet regularly for Scripture, prayer, confession, and sharpening.
“Watch your life and doctrine closely.” – 1 Timothy 4:16
WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Rooted in Truth. Strengthened in Faith.
Women at Outpost Church are discipled to walk in biblical identity, spiritual maturity, and courage.
Women’s discipleship includes:
Deep study of Scripture
Prayer and intercession
Community and accountability
Faithfulness in calling and family
This is a space for women to grow strong in truth and grace together.

KIDS MINISTRY
Discipled, Not Entertained
We believe children are capable of learning Scripture, praying, and following Jesus.
Outpost Kids focuses on:
Scripture memory
Prayer and worship
Biblical obedience
Partnering with parents as primary disciplers
Our goal is to raise children who know God’s Word and love His ways.
“Train up a child in the way he should go.” – Proverbs 22:6
